These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by TGV-Darshan. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made through official TGV-Darshan channels (website, office, or authorized agents).
A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be cleared as per the payment schedule provided.
Payments once made are non-transferable to another person or booking.
2. Pricing & Inclusions
Package prices are based on the current rates of hotels, airlines, and other services.
Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, tax revisions, or supplier changes.
Each package clearly mentions inclusions and exclusions. Anything not specified will be charged extra.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation charges apply as per the policy shared during booking.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting service fees, hotel/airline charges, and applicable taxes.
No refunds will be made for unused services, no-shows, or voluntary trip curtailments.
4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
Travelers must carry valid passports, visas, identity proofs, health certificates, and insurance where required.
TGV-Darshan is not responsible for denial of entry, deportation, or fines due to incomplete documents.
Any additional expenses arising due to such issues will be borne by the traveler.
5. Itinerary & Changes
Tour itineraries are prepared in advance; however, changes may occur due to:
Weather conditions
Flight delays/cancellations
Strikes or natural calamities
Government restrictions
TGV-Darshan reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the itinerary in the interest of safety or smooth operation.
6. Liability Disclaimer
TGV-Darshan acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.).
We are not liable for:
Delays, cancellations, accidents, or loss of property
Injury, illness, or death caused during the trip
Third-party service failures
Travelers are advised to arrange travel insurance for unforeseen events.
7. Health & Safety
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are fit for travel.
Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
TGV-Darshan will not be responsible for health-related emergencies.
8. Code of Conduct
Travelers are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards co-travelers, guides, and locals.
Any misconduct or unlawful activity may lead to termination of services without refund.
9. Governing Law
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City/State, India].
